I believe this is very rare. much more rare than the ARROVO bill. It was dispensed by an ATM in one of the most reputable bank here in the Philippines.
I also had it checked by several money expert and they said that it is 100% not fake. As you may notice, the printing at the back of the bill is misaligned.

Do you think this would cost a fortune?

@spacecrow - i guess everyone can do that as long as you have an uncut sheet of 1000 pesos and a cutter. hehe you can cut it by misaligning the ruler. i think you can get an uncut 1000 pesos bill in BSP manila.
