I think Lapu-lapu can still improve its governance by prioritizing the basic needs of its constituents.
Barangay roads must be fixed especially in Gun-ob, Babag, etc. I am not particular as how funds are spent but
why is the Hoops Dome prioritized? and why must the center island in that road be designed like benches making people sit there and its pathways for pedestrians blocked by huge plant boxes?
Peace and order is also a problem in some areas... not to mention the reported and unreported crimes- snatching, hold-ups, akyat-bahays, etc...
IMO, Lapu-lapu is not a big city to manage.
