this bares repeating.
most young people are getting HBP these days because of living a sedentary lifestyle. wala kaayuy physical activity unya sigeg kaon og fastfood. wa pa nay labot sa bisyu!
even our youngsters are not playing physical games anymore kay naay PSP, computer, etc. so, mao na bata pa kay overweight na. murag ingun ani na gyud ang trend ani in the future because we have so many new stuffs to play with without sweating one bit.
it's a sad reality.
