ka bati...... thats why sa BPI ko nag open account. no charge sa inter-branch deposit, no charge mag w/draw or deposit, you can check your CC balance through text or online, you can online banking. i duno sa BDO.

TS, you are misquoting the report. Sa explanation pa sa ubang istoryans diri, for CASH CARDs or DEBIT CARDs ra ni.. dili sa tanang ATM Cards sa BDO.. Dapat nimo tarungon para dili mag-libog ang mga tawo kay uban dili man suheto sa products... They think nga kay naa sila BDO ATM card, ma-apil sila..

actually bro if you have read the first news, sakto man ang thread ni TS and if you read the news on your link it says "BDO issued a quick clarification after Cocktales posted earlier that the P2-fee also covered ATM withdrawals by regular BDO account holders."
