on the other hand, ang shop na I DON"T recommend jud kay ang COMPLETE AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP or C.A.R.S. bati jud kaau akong experience ani na shop. pwerti pajud nilang mahala, way klaro kaistorya. i dont have to elaborate more but just a stern warning lang. if i were you i'd stay away from this one.

Somehow, your receptionist was very unwilling to be more patient and not being discourteous. By the end of the day, i was looking for a good paint shop and got a very warm welcome by the owner himself of JV cars along Gov. Cuenco and J. Luna st. He had just finished painting my liteace for a sum of 37K. If your phone operator, if I may call her, cause she sounded like one, was more into customer service, your shop could have gotten the job. And believe me, you could have gotten more job and referrals from me. So maybe, your telephone operator should be given a year's seminar of customer care. But I thank you for giving me time and who knows, maybe I might come to your shop one day and meet you personally. They say you are one of the best. But being the best does not only mean good workmanship but also customers satisfaction in all aspect.

I agree.. It is logical to ask over the phone before you go to the shop.. tsk.. the "phone operator" could have been more courteous to say that you need to go to the shop.. masabtan raman jud na if tarong lang pag explain..
