    haha nya hahahaha pa gyud. ako kay 1st week sa gym. newbie as in walay alam kay lagi promo save money. enrol 3 mos. ng post ko sa fb. "whoo kakapoy sa gisugo sa gym intructor ue DMD" naa bitaw na micomment, "yahaya gud nimo. kaaford man jud ug trainor" . next day ako gi ask ang trainor. (in soft voice) naa d i separate charge ang trainor sir? Trainor: yes boss pero okay ra karon, la man kaayu busy.

    hahaha wa jud ko mauwaw pramis XD

    ng leg press ko 300lbs,15x3 sa last repitition.... ng cge mi talk sa akong kauban jok2x.. pag katawa nko maoy pag press nko.. ahak nka utot ko medyo kusog2x..ahak... hehehhe

    Nag bench press ko barbell... mga 70 lbs pa jud akong sure nga kaya atong mga panahuna pero ni try ko ug add 10 lbs each side so nahimong mga 90 lbs na jud tanan..sa last set pa jud nako nga medyo kapoy ug hawoy na kaau. Mga ika upat jud nakong push to dili na bitaw nako makaya maski gihurot na nako tanan nakong kusog. Akong na manage butang sa akong chest nga labihang bug-ata jud...aron makalingkawas ko kay murag dili nako makaginhawa, ako na lang gipaligid ang barbell from chest to tiyan nga grabe kasakit na lamang jud. hehehe... di ko halos ka ginhawa..maayu gani kay na arsa pa nako pag abot na sa may ubos sa pusod. PAg bangon nako mura ko nalipong oi, ang akong tiyan sakit kaayu hasta akong mga balhibo sa dughan ug tiyan nangatang-tang oi... mayu gani nadali to nako, nya walay tawo kaayu nakakita. hehe..

    Akoa kay nalamba ko sa treadmill kay nilingi ko sa ako likod. Kay ang anak sa gym instructor kay chikas au. Hahaha

    Nagisi akong short sa lubot dapit pagsquat nako, wahahahah. May gani double stitch og naa undergament daan akong short, wa makita akong underwear. Lingi2x gud ko, may gani way nakakita, wahahahaha.

    Met the same Crushie in the same gym last Tuesday!!!
    I never thought magka gym mates japon mi after 9 yrs
    nawala ko sa gym?! Hehehehe

    Funny au Kay wala ko kabantay na naa sya japon sa gym
    until ni tupad sya sa ako kilid while nag stair master ko.
    Gahangos nako then in between I stopped and close to
    hugging the equipment sa kakapoi and poypoy na ako
    Legs lols... Nakabantay ko naay nagtan-aw... Toinks!
