In cases like these, always look for the supervisor or manager, better yet the owner. Take down the suspects names and time of the incident. Just hope it's not the supervisor or the manager or the owner who's doing the dastardly act.

To make an official complaint... have it "blottered" at the nearest police station.

we're all discussing here but i've never heard any of this news coming out from the radio or paper...

as arnulfo suggested, why don't the victims file their complaint to the nearest police station so we could give the owners and the suspects their fair share of the matter in court?

but then again, we can all talk and rant about this "incident" and nothing's gonna happen.
