kasayang sa 4s

sakto gyud ni..in fact some naa silay account sa istorya ky one time mupalit unta mi ug iphone 3gs with my gf..nakakita ko diri sa istorya so we decided for meet up.sulod sa emall mi ng meet ky mao ra gyud dw ni iyang prefered place.pgmeet namo ky grupo ni sila but wala namo dayuna palit ky 3gs daw nia pag check namo sa phone was only 3g.ni insist gyud sila na 3gs daw to mao amo gi explain sa ilaha ang difference sa 3g & 3gs..after ato nilakaw na mi but nikaon sa mi sa emall..later when padung nami uli naki-tan namo sila ngyaka sa gawas sa emall kanang corner UC ngdisplay sa ila items nia gikagubtan sa mga taw..
try lang nia suroy2x ngadto ts bacin pa dy matymingan nimo nka display imong unit ngadto ..
so di pa diay techie ning mga kawatan!
i think you should write a formal request letter to globe to block the unit....
My sister's father in law had a pleasant experience with globe.... he lost a sony ericsson p900 globe locked unit... that was a highend phone during its time before the iphone...
the one who bought it brought the unit to globe to have it checked.. the person was told it was a stolen unit that is why it won't register to the network...
in short... the phone was confiscated by globe and returned to its rightful owner...
you still have a an advantage... it's globe locked... so the buyer will have to use a globe sim...

@cheaptech
even thou its globe lock "IF" they have the brains to jailbreak it then presto... bye bye to globe locked phone... and also just to give everyone a clear view of things.. I once worked with an international cellphone service provider which I technically cant say what company it is here in the forum. but we have this tool that we can trace the phone I might say that our tool is highly advance. but I cant compare it to what Globe has and also I have no idea what there tool is basta sa among company we have the advance tools that we can technically block it permanently and can only be fix with the techs of the company.. but if you say globe can block it "MAYBE" or it "COULD" be the same to what we have... but guys.. think of it.. WE ARE IN THE PHILIPPINES!!! low tech pa kaayo atong service providers here... dle man gani kaabot ang 4G network dre its still in development stage. and honestly 2G pa atong network sa phil. maybe 3G but selective places ra.... PLEASE CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG, theory rana nako ang about sa Globe ha!! ayaw ko awayi please ehehehe ^_^
as I said the p900 sony ericsson was returned to my sister's father in law.... it was returned by globe...
that's proof enough it can be done....
while there is a jailbreak... there is no soft unlock on the iphone 4s.... so it will remain globe lock... rebel sim can be used...
again it will still need to register to globe if the iphone is RESET.... i did a reset on my 4s before I sold it... it asked for a sim before it will register and work.. i think you know how that works in the iphone... it shows you the picture of the earth with a usb cord....
that is the precise moment the block will work... the iphone won't register...
just like you i won't say what tools are used... but it is precise and a trace can even be done by globe... but that would a restricted info... blocking the iphone is good enough... it can't be sold or if someone buys it.. it is useful as a table paper weight... or the person can go to globe have it checked and that would be the time to retrieve the iphone
that is why i am confident if ever my iphone gets lost... its globe lock...
I can call a friend in globe to initiate a block right away... GLOBE platinum... works for me...
