mas safer pud na mag closed type or half face helmet sad like Index. kay medyo delikado sad jud nang murag pang bike nga helmet type.. ahinti pud sa puling..

i think mga bro murag ang tinuod na hinungdan gyud ani kai ang DTI....kai murag by implementing this new law kai mapugos na ang mga tawo ug palit sa helmet na niagi sa ila thus increasing their profit...kaysa kanang mga titan ba ron na wala niagi sa ila and ang uban pa gani ana kai direct gkan sa thailand ba ron or asa....IMHO lang pero eitherways bati siya na law...

The Government are just concerned about the profit they'll earned at the same time safeness of the drivers too...

mga boang ni ang LTO. ila kuhaan ug basi ang sticker ra, what if ato helmet standard but wala lang kaabot ana ila giingon nga sticker, panglumba pa ni ato helmet..naa uban worth 20k but wala lang sticker, ila gihapon na dakpon, then naay helmet nga naa sticker and only worth 1500...........BOANG na ang utok ana nga balaud, its UNFAIR!......dapat kung modakop na sila dili lang unta nila basihan ang sticker, ang ila basihan kung dili ba maboak ang atong gi wear nga helmet kung ibunal kuyog sa ilahang bulok nga ulo.....may bayang pa operationan anang gabuhat ana nga balaud dah.

"LTO 7 There three types of helmets: half-face, full-face and open face. All these must bear the ICC and PS markings. However LTO will not apprehend those that were bought prior to the implementation of the law for as long as it is intended and prescribed for motorcycles and not for any other purposes."

"LTO 7 If you are using a helmet that is not intended for motorcycles but for other purposes i.e. construction, biking, mountain climbing, etc. then you must buy one before the full implementation. Please inquire from the DTI with regards to the ICC and PS markings and stickers for existing existing helmets bought prior to the effectivity of the law las January 29, 2012."
