Seen it. Thanks. BASING ON THE SCREEN SHOTS 'ALONE', I think both parties had lapses.
First, I think the buyer's reaction after nagkabuang ang screen when she charged it with a class A charger was normal. Though karon lang ko nadiscover nga 'possible' diay magkaproblema ang screen when you use class A, it does not mean na dili jud pwede mugamit ug class A. Though dili jud ko mu-trust ug class A products, pero nakagamit ko before with my previous phones nya 'ok' raman. Maybe this is the buyer's first time sad.
BASICS: Customer is always right.
I personally think that the seller COULD HAVE HANDLED THE SITUATION BETTER the first time the buyer texted her about the issue. When the buyer told her na nagkabuang ang screen pag-charge, I don't think that 'OK MAN NA PAG-CHECK NINYO' was an appropriate response. Remember, the phone did not have any charger and when they met up, wala gisuwayan ug charge.
The seller told the buyer na 'ALKANSI SYA KUNG I-ULI ANG UNIT'. For me, dili man kay she will be getting her NON-DEFECTIVE unit back man kaha? If I understood it right sad, the seller had other prospective buyers. I also understand na IF non-defective jud ang unit, naparanoid nasad ni ang seller nga tingali GIUNSA jud bitaw iyang unit nganong naguba.
What I also did not like about what the seller said was this 'WE ALSO DID NOT HAVE ANY AGREEMENT NA IULI ANG UNIT'. Say whatBisag online2x ra ni ato transactions, take responsibility sa imu ipamaligya uy. I think it's GIVEN na muhatag jud kag personal warranty just in case naay issues ang imu unit. Naa man gani warranty ang brand new products, second hand pa? Di ba?
SAKTO ang gibuhat sa seller later on na nakig-arrange sya ug meet-up maybe to discuss things over pero the seller kept calling nya dili mutubag ang buyer. If that money was hard-earned money, though you were attending to your child, imu lang ta gyud gitubag di ba? I think somehow, gaduda nasad jud ang seller.
From what I understood, the buyer AUTOMATICALLY WANTED HER MONEY BACK without hearing the seller's side eventhough she already proposed a meet-up. The buyer said 'WHAT'S THE PURPOSE OF MEETING UP IF I WON'T BE REFUNDED?'
If both parties just decided to meet up and talk things over with an open mind, then maybe na-discover nila earlier na di jud diay pwede gamitan ug class A charger ang unit. If proven na ang charging ra ang problema sa unit, then I guess walay right ang buyer to demand a return of her money kay in the first place, she agreed na walay charger pagpalit niya.
To the seller sad, please take responsibility sa imu items and when issues arise, ayaw ipasa sa ubang taw, like your sister. Syempre, nimu gyud mulaban imong sister, di ba? This is when your exchange of messages became foul. Nangalabot na inyong anak, iyahay mo ug hulga..and the rest is history.
PAGSTURYA MO UG TARONG. KANANG KALMA2X NAMONG DUHA kay wala jud moy compromise or sakto nga mabuhat kung puro init sa ulo inyo pairalon.
