I passed their exams,i was initially interviewed, and i have my "final" interview on thursday... I'm so excited to get the job (team leader/futures trader) but..... I have read your posts and made me confused... U hav ur point nga naman eh... Let's watch out na lang anong mangyari this thursday....

i'v been interviewed by foreigners... pang miss universe ila mga pangutana ui....then after sa interview,they texted me "i am very sorry to inform you but you did not pass the interview. tnx sa time and ur application..""... sayang wla q nadawat..it's ok..God has plan/s for me..heheh .

Initial interview with Mr. Mitch was fine, but he does not want to listen to the details of who you are and what you do. He is always in a hurry.

Then the IQ Exam, 46 Items good for 20 Mins.No calculator. No Cellphone. No Writing on your solution to any piece of paper. No asking questions as soon as the test start.
-They should state on there job post that they need Genuises not software operators and stock market experts-
-Job Description is for all but the test is only for Genuises,who loves to read and solve equation quick using only eyes and brains.

Most of the items on the test are Mathematical Equation.
-No calculator
-No cellphone
-No writing on your solutions to any piece of paper

Some of the items needs the browser to show the picture or load the image,which is not happening.
-You cannot ask the exam facilitator why it will not load because the test is going on-

There is a BIG FLAWS on the SYSTEM that needs to be changed.

NOTE : This Company was already 2 Years old. but still i haven't seen any ASK FOR A BIR RECEIPT.

I also took their 20-minute IQ test not less than a month ago. I don't think naay maka.human ato nga test for only 20 minutes not unless if naa kay calculator.

i was there and took the IQ test this afternoon...omg..who the hell can answer arithmetic question with lots of figure to solve without using any scratch of paper, just purely your eyes and mind infront of the monitor?...di madag 'bana-bana' ra oi..madahan!! and considering you have a very short time to answer it. I understand that it requires when you do FOREX trading because that's their job actually. But having that kind of test? well only those good..i mean extremely talented in math can pass the exam. Majority of the questions were problem solving. I think sa english and logic ray nasakto nakong answer ato..di pa gani ko sure. Basta..problem-solving (math).. I was amazed lang with their benefits because they provide free food,transpo and your stay is paid by the company. PLUS..ipadala ka nila sa US for traning 6months-1year...nice unta diba? lol

i think 46% raman cguro to ako result..makaulaw..well...saunz dili manta math genius..kamo sulayi ninyo!!!! and good luck

migo, naa lang ko pangutana. d ba you passed the exam? nag work na ka dha? scheduled mn gd ko for an exam this Friday og tungod sa mga posts dr, nag duha2x na ko about the veracity sa company. any advice? tempting mn gd ila offer nga training sa States. tsk!
