Learn to forgive ts, in that way you can easily move on...Your not alone ts, I also experience it. First few months lisod pa kaayo e move on pero everything will follow if you learn to forgive jud and of course pray sad...
Agree. In order to heal, pain must be felt. It is like any other stimuli. If it is repetitive enough, constant enough, soon your system will get used to it and you will feel less pain. It's no different than noises. If you live in a noisy neighborhood, you will initially get irriated. But over time, you will sleep soundly regardless.

It's really hard jud bitaw to move on especially when you still have slight feelings for that someone. My advice is, keep yourself busy lang jud. Divert your attention to your friends, family, school/work.![]()
