Gahapon na usab nasad panghitabo. palit gahapon ako nephew og RC cola nga litro. guess what?nahitabo na pud, naa napud murag bug nga gagmay and nka WORST pa jud ani kay mga BUHI as in LIHOK jud. Gi-uli nako sa tindahan pati ang owner sa tindahan nkuyawan.. gipigsa sa iya tindero ang bug "murag kuto sa iro" timing kaau ngdeliver ang RC cola sa ilaha mao amo gipakita og gidala ko nila sa dealer... and then ang Dealer wala kaau ko gitabangan or gi asikasko mao gi ingnan ko nya paad2 sa Compostella Planta sa RC. wil ning ad2 jud ko gahapon kuyog nko nephew.. nakaistorya nko ang supervisor sa RC na shock xa sa ako Picture gipakita og sa Cup.. gi intrigo nako nila ang CUP kay ila daw ipakita sa Q&A officer nila.. tomorrow makigkita daw skoa ang Officer, balibad ko sa planta nila kay layoan ko. ingon rko sa City rame magkita.. And sympre magpabayad jud ko.. if di sila mo bayad mao ni mahitabo nila ky ako wife perti raba suka a2 adlawa unya murag gi anxiety xa kay nalipong daw then ako sad naglain ako tiyan han2d karon..
Nagworry ko kay naa baya mga Mananap nga makasurive sa HUMAN BODY ay, survive gani to mananapa sa RC nga Acid. How much more sa a2 lawas unya mo multiply sila and much worst mo saka s2 utok..
Btw mao ni ako buhaton if di sila mobayad nako...di ko mosulti dri pila pero DAKO2x jud ako pangayoon.

Mas okay jud siguro if you also bring the unopened bottle, TS... kadtong alive pa ang bugs. Try to ask your neighbor lang. Better proof ang unopened bottle (with the live bugs in it) than just the cup and a couple of photos.

I think the company is right with the request to let you see the QA officer or the supervisor at the plant. It is highly improbable that they will be allowed by higher management to leave their post during work hours just to meet someone in the city. They could walk you through the QA process, and show you the test results right then and there at the plant.

Just give the company a chance to iron out the issue, TS. They *might* misinterpret your complaint and demands as an attempt to blackmail/extort money from the company. Hold your horses and keep us posted.

Bro, i got 8-10 witness one of that is the owner sa tindahan nga ako gpalitan.. infact, k2 ni ad2 ko sa Dealer nila dinhi sa Mandaue.. the Dealer show me the B.O daw.. about 4 bottles ata that has a bug.. one of the bottle was FULL OF BUGS.. as in PUNO jud naa sa Sulod sa Bottle.. so for me, low quality jud diay pagbuhat sa RC.. then if gusto nila settle ni. OK kaau skoa but bayaran ko nila sa damages.. ky sensitive rba kaau ko stomach. i got several disease related to stomach this year. that's why worry kau ko kung unsa ma effect ni sko health.. For me pictures og witness enough na cgro para skoa ang evidence. then gihatag nko nila cup pra ma examine nla... so it's up to them now if ila ba examine test. then gahapon gipalantaw nko sa mga tawo, including sa akoa kasakay sa JEEP. ila REAKSYON kay puro na SHOCK og Gilood sila.. one of the passengers which is an old woman.. she said: "grabeh pud na sila ui nga tig-inom rba ako pamilya ana ky tungod lagi barato ra og lami pa, reklamo na sa BFAD dong" see?mao nay reaksyon sa mga tawo.. Ikaw daw makainom ka SOFTDRINKS nga naay BUG or KUTO unya nahurot na diay nimo?lisud pud imo isuka sa bottle pabalik?it doesn't matter man naabrihan or wala.. basta kame wa me nagbuhat-buhat og istorya coz naa me mga witness,, actual jud nakit-an sa tindahan sa owner,neighbor og relatives nko..
Kinsa ba gud tawon magdahom nga inaa2 diay dba?what the purpose sa ila mga Permit og sa BFAD dba?kung naa sila BFAD meaning pasar na sila.. so para nako di na nko kailangan check ang bottle before nko imnom. kung imo survey cgro most 99% sa mga tawo mo inom softdrinks kay dli na check bottle, dretsu na imnon. mao na ako di jud ko maglantaw sa bottle labi na lami kaau imo kaon.

TS, I'm sure nobody is arguing with you why you need to seek redress. Report the incident to the proper authorities; that's your right as the aggrieved party.

We were just saying why it made sense for the the company to ask you to see the QA officer at the plant and not elsewhere... and how turning over the unopened bottle could strengthen your claim.

If they agree to your demand (to meet them at the city), well and good. If not, then the final decision is yours to make.

naka try ko ani bro... once sa among pantry sprite pa gne to bro, daun katunga na akong nainom mao pako kbntay nga dghan ug mananap sa sulod.... =( ... SAMOT na ang RC ha nga ang color kay BLACK, puti gne tong SPRITE wa mn gne ko kbntay... FAET>..
