Actually, much better if full grown na ang reproductive organ ayha pa magpa-circumcise. This is to ensure the right skin size to be cut-off or sliced, folded & sutured-- to have it proportionate.

Disadvantages:
- peer pressure and prone to be bullied of being pisot for so long
- maowaw ky "tiguwang" na ayha pa tuli
- costly, especially sa Operating Room sa hospital ang setting


However, it has already been practiced nasad here in the Philippines to have the male newborns circumcised.
Advantages:
- you will not be traumatized
- cheaper
- less hassle

Disadvantages:
- you cannot be accurate as to the size of the skin to be cut-off. The tendency would be the muscles may be growing disproportionately from the size of skin being removed or sutured, may it be too big or too small. Imagine how horrible it would be if dako ang part nga skinless.
- The removed or sutured foreskin may be too small and/or it has grown back. You may spend again to repeat the procedure in time.


Traditionally done in the Philippines, kana maka-dagan2x na ang bata. I cannot really give a definite age bracket pero ages 6-11 ang congested ages.

Disadvantages:
