No, if we change the form of our government we might as well change everyone. Mao ra man gihapon mahitabo. It's like replacing an old car with a new one kung ang driver mao ra gihapon ang ya style sa pagpadagan sa sakyanan mao ra pod gihapon.

Right now, we're hounded by political gridlocks. Maybe our legislators could make a consensus on what should be done to resolve the existing political gridlocks we have. With a parliamentary form of government, we will have a better and efficient legislative body. Instead of the present legislature full of political turmoil and noises, why not shift to parliamentary form of government?

Niagi na ta sa parliamentary form of government
during Marcos regime last term tingali to, unsay nahitabo,
    people power?

Marcos Prime Minister is Cesar Virata from Cavite, I think
it didn't last long. there were still loop holes, that need to be patch.

Look at France right now, they enjoy the parliamentary form
of government but we still see riot in the street, we have presidential
form of government, yet we see also chaos in the street, same thing!!! right?

the bottomline is, we need a future leaders who can bridge or narrowed the
gap between the poor & the rich...
