    almost every morning, i do biking and jogging. then afternoon, either taekwondo or aikido. i do more cardio than lifting weights.
    of course, i back it up with a good diet. i eat vegetables a day and just small amount of meat, usually during weekends only

    @fritzbabe ,hindi yan biro talaga.....if you look around....you can see people are getting more every day b'coz pipz are doing tot.....and fruit of labors are us.coz ato mga parents are kugihan mu exercise..... :mrgreen:

    sleep at least 8 hrs a day...

    kong medyo may edad na, take vitamins...

    *** ko every other day, exercise ko 4 times a week, more on veggies and tuna ako diet, not by choice na haaay good thing nakasanayan na

    beers
    sleep at least 14hrs
    dnt go to gym
