Regarding work, they do "train" you. But their trainers are insufficient and incapable of delivering what is necessary to the newbies. Mas knowledgable pa ang mga tenured agents kaysa sa mga trainers. So what happens is, when you actually start working, you don't have any clue as to what you are doing. It's chaotic. TWENTY agents are only provided with ONE floor support who can barely help all of them.
Things to remember too... majority of the population there are under graduates. Because of this, they become insecure and envy you; more so, break you and bring you down, tell lies/rumors about you that aren't true... et cetera, et cetera.
Also all they think about is s3x, s3x, s3x, inom, inom, inom, sigarilyo, sigarilyo, sigarilyo, libak, libak, libak, and even more s3x. This applies to majority of males AND females including the gays and lesbians.
Very unprofessional behavior. But what do you expect, under graduate gani. Ang uban man gani na graduate na kay gara-on ug garboso, samot na tong wala'y tarong na education.
But if you want easy money, then no one's stopping you. These are just things to expect so you won't be shocked by the diverse CULTure.
And as a footnote,
1. Yes these are facts gathered from experience and surveyed feedback from others who have
worked in that environment too;
2. No, these facts do not apply to ALL people who are working there;
3. And lastly, NO, not all people there have AIDS as what "intellegent UP students" say.
