lets give this a change....hehehehe
mouyon ko basta.
ang 5th day kay paid![]()
bisag wala pay bayad madala ra dyud...heheheheh....
ayaw nalang na usba ninyo ang 5 working days oi... 5 1/2 days man gani amo. hehe
chaos.... pero nindot sad bya nga idea. dpende sa trabaho nuon..
i like the idea para madaginot ug plete.
kinahanglan pa gyud ni tukion ug mau..kay dili gyud ta France...malugi ang empleyado ani...
Wala sila nanga buang? hinay naman gani sila mu.lihok kung 5 day work week, you think mas ma-motivated sila to work harder kung 4-day work week? Sure, pwede na pero no more holidays. their year-long 3day long weekend is their reward.
Seriously, are our congressmen so bereft of ideas that they have to copy and try to duplicate the ideas of other nations? Kaning 4-day work week is so taken from the French. pwerting tapulana.
unya, what makes them think nga ilang "virtual offices" and etc. are designed, attended to and maintained so well nga dili na kinahalan ug physical presence sa gov't. employee? a perfect example of this is the NBI wherein na expired na ang contract ug ning-revert napud sila ug manual instead of computerized process of getting NBI clearance. Clearance pa lang na ha, now will take 2-weeks minimum. I mean, how effing screwd up is that?
Another reason why this is a stupid idea? It makes no sense to force this because it will cost he employers more money instead of saving money. What some of these congressmen NEVER GET is that in the business, if there is a need for work to be done, it doesn't matter what day of the week it is, ma-holiday man o dili, kun kinahanlan tiwasun, dapat tiwasun. Sunday of course is God's day but sometimes, if need be, we have to break that rule even for half a day.
And they think that the mom and pop stores or the cottage industries will make money by working fewer days? They need to work more days in order to make it big.
Hello Congress, get your facts straight and don't effing copy ideas from outside our nation. Copying is not the solution. Integrating the idea to it applicable to our philippine setting and reinventing it to actually make the idea work is what you should be doing.
