Apple won a case against HTC =( but they were facing a US import ban.

That's the point.

The only law that binds everyone from breaking any IP are contracts. By the time Foxconn starts making OEM stuff from Apple and claim them as their own or something, no one goes to jail or loses money but only loses job orders from Apple.

Also I don't think the Apple vs. HTC lawsuit is a fair example to add. Apple is suing for patents, not fake iStores, iPads or iPhones. Couple it with the fact that Apple is a mega patent troll, well...

Well I did state that Apple had no chance of winning in China if they started suing those fake stores. So Im not sure where this segment is going.
