Ok your point is there is time to tuyok money both cash or credit.

    Question 1:
Would you agree that there is more time to "tuyok money" if cash ka rather than credit?

    Question 2:
If they can make money Both cash or credit and they still give CASH discount to give consumers a break sa surcharges that means bati gyud ang magpacharge ug extra for using credit card right? Then why are banks charging for this service? So you agree nga bati gyud diay mag charge ug extra for credit card purchases?

So when you AGONIZE that CREDIT CARDS get 5%....

You should also mention that as an appliance retailer

you are given TIME and lots of TIME to pay..... 30-60 days... even 90 days...

So don't say that the banks are charging too much....

i would symphatize with the appliace store.... IF the supplier asks for immediate payment... no 30-60 days term....

but knowing that SUPPLIERS give generous PAYMENT terms... 30-60 days....

I don't see why appliance stores shoud COMPLAIN that CREDIT CARD's take away 5%......

Yes...... I mentioned that paying cash gives more time to TUYOK.... but don't say also with CREDIT CARDS there is liittle time.... 60 days is a big enough tine..... all the more if the SUPPLIERS gives 90 days payment terms....

    Question 2:

They can make money in both transactions......

Yes CASH is better because of more time...

But with credit card purchase... they can also...... its a matter of adjusting....

If you tally your cash purchase in 1 month and tally also credit card purchase for 1 month.....

if with cash in 1 month you get 100,000.00

with credit card you get 150,000.00

so you still have 60 days to turn in around..... less time for credit card purchase(lets assume 45 days)

THey will both earn the same from TUYOK....

Did I say that appliance stores should complain about credit cards?

    I quote myself again:

"Giving cash discounts is regular in any business even with most appliance stores mas barato gyud kong cash, not only tungud sa bank surcharges but also because ang the establishment can get cash right away and matuyuk dayun ang money unlike sa credit nga they have to wait for bank to release money."

I what I meant was really maka tuyok ilang money more kung cash kaysa credit no matter what terms they have with there supplier. Thats it.

    At least by now............

Consumers will know that RETAILERS get MORE GENEROUS Terms from Suppliers(discounts, payment terms of upto 90 days)

Which will more than offset that 5% taken from credit cards......

I will just keep on quoting you and quoting you because this is really amusing me

So as you have posted, you agree pero ang imung problema sa akong gi sulti kay there is little time. Now you have to look at this as at a business mans point of you. Which would you prefer? More time to tuyok or less time to Tuyok? When consumers pay by credit card it takes about a week for the bank to settle, so kung 60 days, 53 days nalang ang time to tuyok right? Kung sa insik pata, alkansi na adlaw ang tawag nila ana.

Hence the saying "Time is Money"

Im not even going to answer your last post becuase its going to get ridiculous if I do.

To make a long story short:

So ikaw dagget would you rather pay cash (Discount) or credit(with surchage)?

And would you be happier to have the option of choosing everytime you buy or automatic nalang naay surcharge?

Or would you rather na cash and credit the same ra and bank absorbs surcharge?

i would pay credit card WITHOUT the surcharge that is pass on to me by the retailers.....

As i said if the CASH purchases in 1 month is 100,000 and CRedit Card purshases is 150,000...

When you Tuyok it..... 100,000 in 60 days vs 150,000 in 53 days...... in the end.... almost the same ra......

    Sa intsik:

    Time is money(GOLD)

    Don't forget also....

Sell by Volume...... bahala gamay patong basta daghan halin....

I can see, nindot jud ang point nilang duha, pero no matter what the "tuyok" is, ang lugi ra gihapon ang mga consumers. kung ikaw jud ang naay bisnes, dili man sad ka paalkansi, so either sakaan nimo ang price for para mag-abot sila sa CC price, o dili ka pagamit ug CC para walay aberya. karon, consumers nasad ang luoy. just imagine purchasing a bnew computer set, lets say 30K, kulba jud magdala ug cash na inana kadako, besides, dili sad ka kawithdraw ug inana sa atm, makipila nasasd ka sa teller. hahay, pilipinas jud.
