HOME REMEDY: Lemoncito & Tawas or BAKING SODA for WHITENING your underarms, elbows, knees and all those dark areas.
PROCEDURE: Slice a LEMONCITO in half or if usikan ka para lang gyud e hidhid sa imung skin, then make yourself a LEMON JUICE and keep the LEMONCITO fruit without the juice anymore! After having a cool refreshing drink, take a bath and bring those de-juiced lemons with you to the bathroom. In a separate bowl, place an ample amount of TAWAS or BAKING SODA. Wash and wet yourself with the water, shampoo for an ample time and then rinse. At least by then, medyo humok na ang imung skin for rub a dub dub. With the LEMON circle, dip it in TAWAS or BAKING SODA then rub it on those areas you want to whiten as if you are EXFOLIATING! Rub it on your armpits & bikini line but be gentle because these are sensitive areas and on your elbows, kigol and knees! Leave it on you for 15 min. or so while continuing to exfoliate or rubbing it in those areas. After doing so, rinse off with water then sopa up yourself with your favorite soap for a short time just to get the lemony scent off and the stickiness too. Rinse afterwards and towel dry yourself. You can apply some of your favorite whitening lotion afterwards to give it a more whiter effect. Do this 2x a week or so.

@ Angel_brey: Sa akong experience dili gyud ka manimaho'ng suka. This works for me because 1. I'm not into ironing clothes 2. although some fabric conditioners smell good, I don't like smelling like a fabric conditioner all the time 3. I don't like the smell of some soap. I think the vinegar helps to get rid of soapy residue that is difficult to get rid of with just plain water. When the clothes are dry they smell neutral with lesser wrinkles (plus points for me), and feel soft.

HOME REMEDY: If you are getting HOT or the summer heat is getting into you and a bottle of EVIAN SPRAY is just TOO EXPENSIVE for you, then try this one!

Have a spritzer bottle, mineral water & fresh lemon prepared.

PROCEDURE: In a spritzer bottle or bottle spray (you need not BUY 1! if you have some empty cologne bottles, then that would do but just CLEAN it up well so that the COLOGNE or whatever was in it is eliminated!) add 3/4 mineral water & 1/4 part lemon juice from fruit! Do not include the SEEDS hehehe! Place it in the refrigerator to make it oh so cold for you when you use it!

Whenever you feel so HOT especially on 1 hot summer day, get that spritzer bottle from the fridge and spray it on your face and body! The ICY COLD feeling makes you feel so COOL PLUS the lemony smell makes you feel refreshed!

HOME REMEDY: Teaching toothbrushing with your kid or kids or baby (works like a charm gyud!)

You only need your toothbrushes of both you and your kid, a mirror, water and individual glasses.

PROCEDURE:Kids are GREAT IMITATORS especially the young ones. Like Dr. House said, "Monkey see, monkey do!" So when you brush your teeth, do it TOGETHER with your kid and INFRONT of the MIRROR so he/she will see what you also are doing! Kids usually just sip off the TOOTHPASTE from the TOOTHBRUSH. But when they see what you are doing, they'll figure out that what YOU are doing is the RIGHT one!

heheh now, my 2y.o daughter brushes her teeth together with me with up and down and side to side motions like she sees me doing! With matching SPIT pa gyud! hehehe Pero mu simang gyud usahay na tunlun ang water na ge gargle! hehehe ENJOY PARENTS!
