LOLOLOL! You guys just learned what I learned a few years ago: When it comes to customer service, BDO is the worst bank of them all! I had a post in another forum and you should have seen the reaction. It is really the CULTURE of that bank, so you won't see it change soon.

tanan bank basta Monday , its a not day to transact gyud unless you want o risk in wasting your time .

bro, I guess di lang BDO but most big banks are like that especially on Monday mornings & paydays
so far wa pa ko ka experience ani sa bdo... but hopefully maka kita cla ug ways to solve such problem...
nganong dili mani sila mag priority number unya palingkoron lang ang mga clients? sama sa metro bank.
ang akong bad experience sa bdo nuh kai katong mgdeposit ko sa account sa seller ug contat lens as my payment sa akong gipalit..1500.00php ra tong akong initial payment and so 1500.00php ra akong gihulog. i gave the teller 2k peo sa deposit slip kai nakabutang jud nga 1500.00 so i was expecting a change..nashock man sad ko nga gideposit tanan sa teller akong kwarta! ug d pa jud maadjust sa ilang system ang naenter nila that they have to call the branch in batangas kung asa naghulat akong seller to inform them nga ipadeposit balik ang 500.00 para makasukli sa ako..i also have to call my seller to inform her about it...dako kaayo nga hassle oi! deym!
So dependent ra jud sila sa ilang system. What if their system crashes for a looooooooooooooooong time, how will the clients transact with the bank? Will the clients have to go to Central Bank of the Philippines to have transactions pertaining to BDO?
Pero usa sa akong nahuna-huna-an baka their tellers are not equipped, meaning kulang or wala'y training on manual systems.
Good for you that you are satisfied with BDO, but my experience on that day was pretty much an eye-opener on how disrespectful, disorganized and misconstrued the ranking of the priorities of some of their personnel staff.
And how utterly chaotic their stand-in-line system is. Not to mention a bit harsh on the older generation.
