Bitaw informative pod ning ing ani klase nga topic. it makes us all aware.. Pero with this topic it does not mean dli na jud ko mo adto sa cellpod tungod ani, but at least aware ko sa ilang style and will still purchase but with awareness na with what to clarify sa ila kay sa ma shock nlng ka, nya tungod sa ka shock magpadala nlng sa ilang style which i think dli maau..

Let's just all be aware of what happened to him so it doesn't happen to us...as how I see it, both the TS and the store made mistakes...wala man sad closure since the TS never clarified with the management of Celpod. We can only assume...

in my own opinion, i don't think company name dropping in this thread is something bad, since as confirmed by other istoryans, this has been the practice of cellpod in their various branches.

this is in fact a helpful thread to future costumers to at least watch out when transacting with this store. and equipped with the information that we've learned from this thread, we would be more cautious.

You will never know because all we have are the TS's statements unless you know him in person or with him during that incident .

The problem with people checking the actual unit unya dili paliton , what will happen if naay mahitabo ? Kahibalo ba ka na some boxes are sealed ? I dont know what the advertising looks like but from the sound of it , its obviously a SALES STRAT which by the way is not ILLEGAL . They are selling a cp for that price but you are obliged to pay for something else in order for you to avail that price which in the case ang memory card ang ilahang kicker .

That is a practice by numerous stores also not only from cellshops . Nothing is illegal in there unless naay kuwang pa na detalye gihatag ang TS .

Dont bring evidences , fix the problem . How ? Communicate with the management . Sa akong pang lantaw lang noh ? if I am the owner of CELLPOD , I am not that an idiot to grow big and expand as a business , last that long if i scam people . These company already invested millions already in a world infested by similar nature of business . I stand corrected on the question . Sorry for that misinformation .

Anyways ... advise lang nako , go back there ... ask for the same phone . If they are doing the same scheme , talk to the manager and air your complaints . if the manager cant solve the problem then its their lost and not yours . You have your money and you are not buying from them , ever .
