When it comes in the computer subject ACT is the best for me,
USC is best of business subject ever..,

But the bottom line is you can pass the course you taking what ever school you are in, semi-public school or private.

u mas be joking? no offense sa taga ACT i think they also have a good quality somehow... but so far in terms sa standard and achievement it is San Carlos....

it's not the terms and standards sir. it's in the students. no matter how popular the school is.
