share lang ni nako. i kinda evesdrop on one salesperson talking to a costumer on the same day. the costumer wanted to buy laptop-and being not a techie ask them for advice. first suggeestion was a i5 laptop. after much deliberation nila about performance ni ask ang costumer naa pa ba daw mas kusog ato. he then suggested i7. so the customer asked para asa man pud daw na ang i7. niana tong sales na nag entertain... kinda nahilom kadyot, said uhmm.. then nitawag sa lain niya kaila na tech/sales and asked him bai para asa man daw na i7. nitubag pud to ang isa na para 3d sir. autocad mga ingon ana. so niana ang custumer, ngano d diay ni mudagan ang i5 ug autocad? but before then nagkatawa na ko daan kalimot na ko unsay sumpay ato coz nilakaw na ko kai nikatawa na ko didto.

After sales service NOT GOOD! parehas ra na sila sa mother company nila (Thinking Tools).
most of my items purchased at their stores naa dyud issues.

* CRT Monitor - naahat nalang ko ug bayad for a much expensive one (wala sa budget) coz 1month plus na wala gihapon nako makuha...
* Hard disk - it was a new item when installed dili ma detect sa pc (replacement to that time)
* memory - after the warranty guba dayon
* 56k Modem - 2 same devices and 1 was puchased at pcQB to have its IC burst.

* Power Supply (last nako napalit) - i was given a defective and last item they have. then pa up-grade daw ko or palit ug mas mahal... so that and there... pwerti na nakong sukua... wala ko mosugot nga upgrade.. pero pwerting dugaya nila naka replace... i asked for a documentation... dili sila mohatag (hadlok sila kasohan) ... i had a video of it on my phone ... the last day nga nisulod ko sa ila store...

Nutech ka brad... nah... samot.. i purchased my supposed to be server rig sa ilaha... az in.. BATI KAAYO UG AFTERSALES. i reported the issue days prior to purchase... hangtod nga nahurot nalang waranty.. wala dyud nila ilisdi ang motherboard kay matod nila wala daw sila kita ug problema (ilahang technician mga walay ayo)

kauban ra gyud na sila boss don..my experience kay mopalit ko og processor, then i told them na im comparing their price and TTI's price, and mas barato man to ang sa tti..so i asked them kung dli ba sila makahatag nako og discount, ana sila na "adto nlng sa TTI sir, sister company rman sad na namo."
