bro I think ang punto sa TS, which is quite simple but veery much makes sense, is
why kabalo tah, or katong smokers, nga dili maayo sa pang lawas yet mu try (to those would be smokers)
, or mu padayon gihapon (to those existing smokers).

I guess for me they rely on the thought or idea nga if done moderately its quite fine
and problema man gud is naa gyud na ang pride or bilib sa kaugalingon nga they are in control
or ma control ra nila or nag tu-u sila moderate ila gibuhat and wala sila kabalo or aware nga sila na diay ang gi control or they're in the grasp of addiction and refuse to admit that they are.

Most common you can hear from a chain smoker is ..."I can always quit whenever I want" or "makaundang man ko kung gusto ko" and those words you well always hear from them repeatedly until things get worst.

Mao pud na diha about the joke or sarcasm...."how to quit smoking is easy....I've done it hundreds of times"

unless you have seen the real statistics maka ingon ka daghan or gamay nangadaot
chances ana pud anha na kanang edaran naka gamay mu gawas ang symptoms and complications,
or during that time of age nato when atong mga vitals like the lungs are weaker than it used to be.
or imo nakit-an bataan pa or wala nimo makit-i ang nangadaot kay, of course wala sa gawas kay bedridden na.

also luoy pud katong non-smokers or kaong wala nag smoked kay concerned sa ilang lawas then libutan lang
ug smokers esp in public places you can't avoid being there, exposing them to those more lethal second-hand smoke---mao na giingon if dili mu concerned sa inyung health man gani ayaw amonga katong naay extra effort trying to be healthy.

also clearly pud pointing out to that u also mentioned nga ingon ani nalang gyud atong habit nga mag huwat pa ug effect to take necessary actions or in this case---mu quit?
