They are currently NOT hiring Customer Service Representatives like they advertised in newspapers and aso sa jobfair sa SM.... They are only hiring Technical Support REps now....

I waited from 1pm-10pm sa Sykes knowing sa last part na nga wla mi nadawat coz they need TSRs not CSRs....tsk tsk tsk..... dapat from the start pa lang unta niingon na sila na dli CSR ila gipangita. Makita bya na sa POSITIO APPLIED FOR sa registration form and sa APPICANT's form na ila pa pirmahan daan....
