    are you serious? corrupt pud na ang Japan government from the highest to the lowest, google it daghan pud na corruption scandals sa Japan. Corruption is as old as the government, ever present gyud na. No doubt ilang discipline but saying dili corrupt ilang government thats dead wrong.

    naa gyud allocated funds for disaster relief mao gyud na ang bottom-line. kahit 3 days pa to repair the highway, kaya gyud na.

    i think wala man jd government dli corrupt, somehow maka pangurakot jd ang mga politico bisan asa pa nga lugar, it's just that other countries' government show more concern to their people than theirs and set the the right priorities (putting their country and their people's interest first before theirs)...

    IMO...
