I should say we should do the hard way. Bloody revolution? No. Wikileaks-style of exposure, yes. Anyone agree?

@ cliff_drew..agree ko sa exposure bai. but ang problem bai, daghan na kaayo gipangexpose but wa man na convict (convict ang uban, pero gawas man gihapon kay naay Pres. Pardon).. what we need is to change the Law. ibalik ang Death Penalty, create a Law on Political Dynasty...pero lisod sad ni mopasar kay ang mga politicians di jud mosugot. tabla ra gipatay nila ila kaugalingon..

how bout create a petition signed by the People of the Philippines?

While I would love to see some of these fat-cats led to the gallows right now I think a practical solution would be an amnesty followed by the firm and immediate implementation of severe penalties (including the death sentence).

Currently it is illegal to procure or pay a bribe so in effect the victim is often as guilty as the guy with the big wallet. We need to hit the reset button and to do this we need to offer an olive branch. Immunity from prosecution for all those persons who are guilty of graft providing that they make a full accounting of their misdeeds and that they and their family forever leave public office. The new fast-track anti-graft measures should then be rigorously enforced (with help from the UN if required). No more pardons and the president should be every bit as liable for his or her actions as any other member of society.
