it did seem like you were equating those who overstayed in college with walay klaro nga estudyante. I'm not looking for a fight here, just pointing out how some of us interpreted your comment.

I agree. In fact, nothing can guarantee success. Life is like a wheel after all, you never know what you gonna get. Lololol.

But seriously, like pepau said, I'm not proud of what I did. I know I wasted my parent's money. I know I wasted my time. But I still won't change the past because it's what made me who I am today. /drama

we'd rather dig into the reason why someone overstays in college. kung wala diay kwarta? o nahagbong siya usa ka subject then sunod tuig pa i offer balik? or nagnegosyo, nabuntis, nasakit, etc.

swerte nang walay interruption sa college kay dali mahuman so dili sayang kwarta and time. but going to college and being a mediocre student--kanang wala kasabot sa lesson pero sige memorize then inig exam mag cheat pa gyud--that i consider a total waste of potential. no real education there.

@juleskiboi: ok rana bro uy, hahaha.

Bitaw, the problem I see man gud sa generation karon is that most go take a degree for the sake of getting a degree and not for the sake of learning. Most want to get high grades for the sake of getting a good job, but not to understand what was taught to them.

Naa gud koy madunggan uban nga mu ingon ra ug: "Basta makahuman lang ok na!". Which is really not a good mentality.

hence we have a lot of products from diploma mills.

not all who finish college--and on schedule at that--are educated. a lack of real education shows in broad daylight.

Graduate is not everything.but it can help you somehow.if you think you need it then keep it till you get it.
after all it's you alone will determine your success or failure.

Sad to say, but this is quite true in some cases. I never did let college/university get in the way of education way back then, I tried to delve into some interesting topics that I find useful by buying books. Dili man gud tanan matudlo nila, so kailangan naa jud kay desire to learn out of the box.
