wala me sa cebu but last time we have in batanggas...... among ma engineers nagsweldo cla og mga 200k a month...free of everything...

SMB dako unta ug sweldo plus high end benefits ... but lisud sudlon kay panagsa ra hiring.

adto ka sa ilang planta mga beterano na kaayo ang mga empleyado kay di jud mang retire hangtud dili pa ka sud ilang mga anak. Huwaton sa mo graduate si inday ug si ondong para maoy mopuli ni daddy.

Ana man jud na bro... Actually, ang one indication nato to determine if that company is stable and with good salary and benefits, is when we see that most of the employees are aged 40 to 60.

Not to generalize, but some (or most) weak companies, ang ilang supervisors are as young as 22-25, while their managers are only 30-40 years young... or swerte lang if naay mo reach ug 40.

Some of these companies we see at MEPZ. Not to criticize negatively, I'm still grateful because I worked with MEPZ for two years. Our manager was only 35 years old, later on he resigned and transferred to Lexmark RND, along with most of our officemates. Ako ra ang solo flight balhin lain company...

na ko mga kilala sa accenture ang uban dagko sweldo, ang uban gagmay.
and they are not from the BPO part. and at least 4years na experience in programming sa ako kaila. ang more that a year or 2 supervisory position. take note----> programmer sla... so depende lang tlga na.

Performance-based man gud ang sa accenture bai. you are rated as to how you perform compared to your peers.

Then merit-based pud. Imoha performance rating mao mag-identify sa imo increase.

So if medyo dili kaau dagko imo contributions compared sa imo peers, gamay ra gyud ka increase pirmi.

Last pay nako sa LRDC before I left PI for greener pastures abroad 6 yrs ago kay ~ 70k/m pa to .., I'm sure naa pa mas senior nako ato who are receiving more than that. Not sure how competitive their salaries now. I think it goes up based on experience and performance pud.

Any company will not give you as much as 70k if you have not enough experience. I bet LRDC will not offer even more than 20k basic pay if you are still a freshgrad. If you have enough experience and excellent performance, even if you have only 1 to 2 years, experience, if the company sees you are fit to be offered with that amount, there is no problem about it.

Advice lang for some, before you look for a company that will offer you an enormous amount of salary, take a look on yourselves if you are worth on what you demand...
