when do you usually jog?
i jog early in the morning, before breakfast.

i regularly drink EJ before jogging/running to perk me up. it's composition is actually similar to red bull or lipovitan but it's much cheaper. i drink gatorade after jogging/running to replenish lost electrolytes. EJ & gatorade belong to different drink categories.

i have heard of stories like these. some even say they got a false positive after random company drug testing because of taking Extra Joss.

basin naa ni ephedrine or amphetamines? just like bangkok pills.

if youre a heavy coffee drinker, ok ra cguro extra joss. i tried drinking extra joss once kay nagpalpitate man ko. mura lng ko nadrink og very strong na cofee. paksit uy!

i heard from a friend..maka baog daw ang extra juice. i dont know how true is it....
