will they be selling merchandise? like figurines, keychains, posters?

@vemp: You would have been disappointed. There were hardly any women. I guess even anime, role-playing, trading cards, comics and video-games are still considered male-oriented pursuits.

@zerk: It seems the concept of "consketches" is a foreign one to kids and teens not into American comics. Some of them don't want the consketches even if they're free. Some of them did though so it wasn't a total let-down.

@all: Bleedman dropped by. Anyway, I hope the Toyphilia which will be a more public event would have more participants.
