this is a case to case basis man gud... let me explain my side, we all know that we have no rights to stop out brother or sister getting married, why? they have their own life, they have their own way of thinking, they have their own decission in life. though we are concerned to them specially you have the same bloodline. the saddest part here if he really decided to get married with the girl because he is inloved then he will be the one to suffer if things will not work between them in the future. and besides the parents of the girl ask that amount of money which is too much , then diffinitely is not a good sign, it only shows what kind of parents or family they came from. if i were in that shoes i wont marry that kind of girl, though we dont have any hold of your brothers decission.
