    i d0nt agree with the: d0nt smoke after meals..c0z based on research it even increases ur metabolism when smoking then h0w cud it be true that that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes.?

    akong drink after ko mokaon is tea, dn fruits akong desert, nya mo higda dayon ko inig homan nako ug kaon.
    mo abot pa kaha ug 30 yrs old ani?
