    Mga bro ask lang ko if nabay SALES CHARGE LOAD upon purchase or redemption of your mutual fund? if naa pwedi indicate pila ka percent sa fami, philequity, philam or if naay other fees nga associate sa mutual fund? kay im planning na which is best to put on my eggs .. hehehe

    and also, since mutual fund are manage by an expert fund manager which we as investor rely on them, do we have an update if mag change pod sila og fund manager? kay mas maayo pod nang nakahibaw ta sa ilang style and track record..

    To all mutual fund investor pls share some of your ideas.. thnx mga bro, more power

    Bro, naa nay sales load everytime ka mu butang sa MF, ang PhilEquity kay 3.5% ang FAMI kay 2% pero kung mu abot ug mga millions imung i invest ang sales load mu gamay ang percentage. Makit.an nimu ang mga directors sa ilang websites ug unsa ilang background. Sa annual reports pod nimu sa imung MF naa pud didto ang mga names sa Fund Manager ug unsa na stocks or companies nila gi invest. Then ang external auditor sa fund kay SGV&Co Ernst & Young, sila nay mu audit then I disclose sa imung Annual Reports.

    Ganahan ko sa usa ka Fund Manager sa PhilEquity kana si Wilson L. Sy, mao na ilang gitawag na "Warren Buffet" of the Philippines, mga traders sa PSE, mag sunod2x kung unsay stock picks ana niya. T_T! He was a former Chairman of the Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc.

    in simple terms:

    stock/equity - higher risks, higher rewards
    balance/bond funds - lower risks, lower rewards

    stock/equity is for long term investment
    balance/bond is usually recommended for retirees
