Dancing tax collectors

i don't care about them dancing. all i care about is the improvement of the service. they are paid to collect tax, not to dance.

the idea is quite good but still, i'm after the substance which is their service.

It's only right to question their dancing.

Service comes first, not amusement.

Ok ra man unta bah kung at least "well choreograph" lang ... I want to see these dancing tax collectors to do some tap dancing, pirouettes, cheerleading, and all sort of stuffs to really send the message that it's worth going to the city hall and pay tax.

Someone told me that several taxpayers at Cebu City Hall ended up having their transactions delayed whenever the tax collectors dance.
