no more buildings? pwede, but cars? maybe not and some serious reevaluation please. how about for the public hospitals? these establishments needs much better ambulances.
for buildings, kung dapat irenovate, aksyon dayun. i can't tell much for the whole philippines but diri sa cebu, i think that government offices and establishments are still all good. in fact, about 60% of the buildings (offices) are good and comfortable enough. kanang mga eskwelahan ug mga hospital ang dapat tagaan ug priority nga i-improve. the budget in making new ones should go to the renovations or repairs.
cars? ambulance and fire trucks are the two that comes to my mind nga kinahanglan gyud sa philippines. maybe the government would spend on this one. para makasave? why not put those "luxury" cars used by the government to auction?
