Why not... One concrete example of the method of construction they are using is the White Gold Club infront of Queen cemetery.

For sure most of the components being put are pre-frabicated. We may only see what is being built on site but consider that there are other things being built off-site. Once delivered all they have to do is put it on it's designated place.


The only thing that would hamper the progress of the construction is MONEY and NATURAL FORCES.

Take note most of the materials being used are steel which dont require curing.

uhmmm. im not an engineer but yes i bilib mahuman na cya in time. It only took AG&P to finish the folks arts theatre 60 days to finish and that was a long time ago, compared today with all the new engineering feats. and tech. the ICC is having.

According to news reports today, even GMA is worried that the renovations being done at Shangri-la mactan would not be finished in time for the ASEAN meet. US secretary of state Condoleeza Rice may have to stay in a US warship to be stationed in Mactan channel off Shangri-la.

It would be very embarrassing. It implies that: a) we cannot provide enough good accommodation; and b) our security situation sucks.

And talking about the CICC..........
