Outpost Bar is located just before Cosmopolitan on your way MarcoPolo/Cebu Plaza Hotel. It's on your right when you're going up there. From JY Square Mall, it's around 500-600 meters away if i'm not mistaken, basta it's very near JY Mall vicinity. This is Sir Junx Muaña's (of Backyard Studio) bar and it's really fun and homey the last time we played there. Nice cozy place, great food, and yeah, lots of booze up there.
