capability-wise, ok c boy... but it would have been better if it was the president-apparent himself who thought of that, not the sister... it seems she is acting as an adviser already, though she is entitled to do so as the influential sister she is, i dont think this is doing him good, it seems to confirm what others might be thinking, that the president-apparent cannot stand on his own feet and make firm decisions by himself...
I do know he has choices of his own as to how gets what, but I hope they would make an effort to filter out what goes out and what stays in the circle of family kind of discussions, like this one...

post proof. im not pro kris, abunda or noy and definitely not anti durano. i just want to know if you really know what youre talking here.

oh boy here we go.. maypa si kris nalang nidagan pagka presidente dili si noynoy... kapoy baya ani... having a mind and not using them is as good as not having a mind at all.. i wish she would just leave the country daghan na bitaw na siya kwarta kaysa makasamok pa siya sa kinabuhi sa incoming president..

guess na ang gimean ane is how kris influences his brother.
and do not think with this appointment, it's base on qualifications. more on gratitude and closeness to the aquino family.
