na kay ganahan man kag meditation, mao ni buhaton para mawala ang stress:

di ba ang stress kay caused man kasagaran sa mga tawo nga hate nimo? so inig lingkod nimo (kanang gitawag nilag half lotus position) with closed eyes, think of those people you hate...one by one...i sulod siya sa bubble (style ra ni nako) and imagine that it's a "compassion bubble". so you are bathing this person with your compassion. at first murag makahilak ka sa kalagot pero sige lang maanad ra ka then one day you'll realize that you don't hate the person as much...char!

no hate, no stress. =)

korek..maka stress jud ni mga taw nga hate nato....

surely,nice na nga experience but im in doubt if such would help alleviate the hatred I feel for my ex.... nothing compares....
