In addition to praying , I think it would be a good idea for people in the position to study, prepare, work with other countries and learn about these things instead of shutting things down and leaving it to either the next administration or to god.

It pays to be prepared.

kuyawa ani oi. i hope dili ni matinuod oi. kay kaluoy pod sa taga manila oi. sa atong kahimtang karon its so obvious that we are not ready for this kind of disaster. maylang ta dili ni mahitabo. all we have to do is pray nalang gyud for our safety. and pray pod that hope our gov't will take a move nah para pod dili ta maapekthan ug mau.
