Cabul-an, been there a few years ago. Do they still line up the sea wall to "evacuate?' Ok sana ang place, yon lang ang masama. nice coral reefs. very fresh sea foods, like it, kaya lang walang drinking water. Once tried wading to Cuaming island during low tide (yes you can actually walk from one island to another). Kapoy!
