Nyce rooms sa Crimson considering new pa ang resort. The amenities are ok lng pud. But for me lang ha, nothing beats Shangrila ghapon in terms of food, accommodation, amenities and customer service.

i was in crimson for 3 days from dec 8 - dec 11. garden suite among gi occupy. mahal jud nuon siya. gamay ra ang resort but its very new. october lang siya ang open. buffet ilang breakfast. we even tried paragliding, paid 7k in 15 mins but it was an awesome experience. ill see if i can post pics here

Nice ang Crimson kay bag-o ilang facilities and amenities..
but I had a not-so-good experience sa ilang sales manager when I tried to inquire for their rates on live-in seminars..
I couldn't imagine them saying this very line "Sir, sorry but we don't give out our rates to non-potential customers"...as if ma bankrupt sila kung mo hatag cla sa rates sa mga nag inquire..hehehe
well I guess that's why wala kaayo sila ni click though grabeh na ila advertisements..

I agree! Shangrila nice gyud! OK also ang Imperial Palace...if you have kids mo enjoy gyud sila there cuz its the only waterpark resort here sa Philippines, different siya from other 5 star resorts in Mactan.

Nka igo gyud ka anang bahina dear sir. I've heard about Crimson's not so good customer service. Hmmmm, I think I know the manager that you are talking about. They need to refine their service, customer retention is the first test of customer satisfaction.
