Why are suicide victims not accorded proper burial ceremony by the Catholic Church?

I am only speaking in behalf of the ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH beliefs since ang TS was referring to the final blessings of the dead according to the law's of RECONCILIATION which is one of the 7 Sacraments of God . Like I said , ask around any priest and we will see his side of it unless an updated or modified law came up which I am not aware of but the last time I check when I was in the seminary , PAGHIKOG ra ang sala sa tao dili ka mapasaylo sa Ginoo according sa beliefs sa ROmano Katoliko .

It could be the reason , and I agree with it but then again ... the RATIONALE HUMANS we are , I dont think there is total absence of willed, voluntary ug full knowledge sa action kay sa amoang Psychology and Social Science pod sa una , dakong factor ang DENIAL sa reason ngano nabuhat na siya sa isa ka suicide victim which he or she is still aware of his or her will to commit , voluntary actions , and full knowledge of the outcome .
