I dont think gidaot and PSCA, its just the bad experience and stories from students coming PSCA. i mean i think it speaks for it self.

i studied in ICAAC and im greatly satisfied.

i know lots of people na ni graduate sa PSCA na VERY VERY successful working abroad..
many of them are sous chefs already and have good reputation..
whoever said that PSCA is a bad school, don't know anything about the school at all..
that's all i have to say..

In actuality, PSCA isn't that bad. I certainly learned a lot from my instructors there and from my classmates. Don't diss PSCA based on the rumors. It actually depends on your and the school's compatibility. It also depends on your peers. I'm fortunate enough to be in the class, where everyone's teaching me despite the fact I was the youngest, and had the least amount of experience. Most of my batchmates are out there somewhere in the UK, australia, etc. working.

My motto is, if you love to cook, it doesn't matter where you study. But as long you've that drive and hunger to learn, that's when you learn the most.

    LOL, just my two cents.
