We can't argue the fact that nindot gyud ang economy sa Philippines during GMA's reign compared to the previous admins. One example of this is minimal kaayo ang impact sa global economic crisis. OFW's went home and even got jobs. Problema lang gyud sa GMA admin is that daghan kurakot. Our economy could have been better, but for this part, it is not an economist's job but a politician's.

I thought most Noynoy supporters said that GMA really did a terrible job with the economy. Now, it's good?
I am not a supporter of GMA, and I wouldn't give her administration the same praise you just did. But am still voting for Gibo because Gibo is not GMA. And I seriously think that if you liked the economy during GMA's term, it's not all because of just Gov. Salceda. GMA herself should get some of the credits and so do the secretaries of the Department of Finance, DTI, etc. as well as the Central Bank governor. The media makes it sound like one person who happens to be the Governor of Albay, which incidentally is not even considered a particularly rich province, responsible for all the economic progress we had in the past 9 years.
