as of now nka bypass ang sa subwoofer ani.. if akong tangalon ang bypass na wiring dili mo tingog ang sub... hopefully the new I.C. will fix the prob...

YEHEY! THANKS... REPLACED JUD ANG BOARD... MY ALTEC NOW ROCKS AGAIN!!!!!!! ako giilisan tanan opamps then maybe next week ang mga capacitors napud.. nice kayo pagkasulda ang socket sa opamps... thanks alot kaayo bro...

dili ako gi pull-out did2 sa advance kay natubu-an ug lumot maskin ako pa gihatagan tip daan... kalagot kaayo 2weeks tanggond did2... nya na gisi2x ang mga screen nga grill.. ako nlng gi tang2x ang k2 murag stocking nga grill.. nice man diay kaayo kung walay cover...

ang nag ayo ani kay service center sa altec... maskin ang opamps lng ako na ilisan kay nice naman kaayo iya tingog.. ng baho nice ayo ug buto... unllke sa stock nga ST4558... lutaw napud iya bass... clear ayo ang satellites... duha2x na gani ko ug ilisan pa ug power caps kay satisfied nako ani karon...

LAST WEEK WALA PA NA ILISAN ANG POWER CAPS.. PERO ANG OPAMPS NAKA SOCKET NA AND UPGRADED TO BURRBROWN..



Removed the Stock capacitors... Nalingaw nako ug sulda2x dah.... I have used solder pump for the first time... hahaha


Replaced the Caps with branded capacitors coming from RS Phil... Used Nichicon and Nippon Chemicon and Panasonic caps...

just used 6800uF for the SUB.. will try my 10000uF next week together with my planned LM4562



closer look... just used ordinary non polar caps for the satellite filters kay wala muabot akong gi order na ELNA Cerafine mga nonpolar capacitors.. anyway nie raman gihapon ang quality sa akong satellite karon compared sa stock...

Too big difference sa stock.. i can feel much shake sa akong sub ug clear kaayo ang mga satellites...
