The issue is not about kung kaya sa technology or not, it's all about politics and power. Kung kahinomdom mo sa interview video ni Julius Babao kang Daniel Dingel, the reason is said nganong walay support makuha si Dingel.

Ang nakapait lang sa majority sa walay first hand information, mo declare dayon nga hoax. Malas lang pud nga wala 'tay access sa saktong information but it doesn't change facts on what's happening out there.

Kung naa kay engine with a carburetor, pwede man nimo sulayan using a spray of water directly sa imong gasoline carburetor, rev your engine and spray lots of water and see for yourself that water can help boost power of your engine. When you feed water as steam, samot mas nindot ang results. Dingel started that way, feeding steam from the radiator for at first nag tuo sya nga ang aso or steam gikan sa takuri pwede magamit as fuel. Years have passed, naabot na gyud nuon sya ug mas maayo nga paagi and indeed nakapadagan na gyud sya ug iyang sakyanan without gasoline.

Usa sa kaila ni Dingel nga kaila pud nako nag ingon nga usa sa important part sa setup ni Dingel mao ang iyang engine oil. Kung wala ka ato nga oil, mag lisod ka ug replicate sa setup. That oil helps removed friction and protect the metal from hydrogen. Less friction, less load, gamay lang ang kinahanglanon nga energy to move its parts. The setup is a combination of different technology nga wala pa nako makita ug madunggi dire locally. Dingel uses what he called an exciter that efficiently breaks water into gases with less amount of power. He repeatedly stated on interviews about, honeycomb structure, magnetism and electricity as key components. Wala pay nakasundog kay kasagaran sa ni visit wala man pud hanaw about sa makina ug electrical components, puro lang curiosity ug mag video video lang. hehehe

Another thing nga lahi sa setup sa sakyanan niya mao ang ignition system, mas efficient sya than the ignition system nga kuyog sa gasoline engines. Again, the technology is there already, dugay na ug bisan sa panahon pa ni Telsa nag exist na. The real issue is not about the technology ever since in history, it's all about greed, politics and power to control. So angay na magmata ang tanan, start thinking, start tinkering and innovate things to work better.

maybe he should share his invention already... =)

So yours is first-hand information? What you got is self-serving hearsay at best.

But, yes, the poster above is right. Dingle should share his invention and stop being too greedy himself. That should expose who is fooling who.

At the neighborhood shop where I bring my car to be washed I noticed they had posters of some Dingel product that is said to reduce engine friction and boost efficiency by as much as 40%. So this must be the magical oil needed for his water car. Electromagnetic fluid or EMF. What's it made of? Snake oil?

It's very easy for Dingel to play the "inaapi ako ng gobyerno" or conspiracy-by-vested-interests card. Filipinos in particular are cynical and always willing to believe the worst of government and big business.

But even as Dingel constantly decries lack of support from government and obstructionist efforts by vested interests, the fact is that the person who actually believed and supported him, he embezzled from.

If this invention were for real, he would've long left his snake oil salesman days behind. But he hasn't, most likely because it isn't.

electrolysis is the key idea sa pag separate sa hydrogen from water.......

when i was still in college... i was really impressed by the idea of powering a car with water used as a fuel... and i sincerely sympathized him in his struggle in convincing the government to support his project...

it was just recently that i realized... that this was all a lie... and i was once fooled by this guy...

his idea... with my wider understanding of how energy works... is totally impossible...
